Login

This is the login page. In the installation process in step 4 you already have entered an email address and password for login to this system you have to use that email address and password. If you have entered the vaild email and password. You will be logged in successfully.



Dashboard

After login,at first you will find the Dashboard where you can find the overview of your company.Your Today's all employees and absent,present report will be shown here. The monthly attendance report, employees attendance point, latest notice,new recruitment, total loan and award of the year, all reports will be shown in this dashboard.

Application Settings

After login,first thing you have to do is Settings. To do the setting of you application, just go to Setting>Application setting In this module you will get all the Settings for your application where you can set your company title, menu title, language, discount type, currency, timezone etc.

Tax Setting

In Tax setting you can set your tax which will automatically calculate and show in employees salary setup.For setup tax just go to Setting>Tax & here you can find a button "Tax Setup" on the top-right side.Set your tax with a range of salary amount of employees then click on setup button to setup tax.

To see all tax setup just go to Setting>Tax. Here you can find a button "Manage Tax Setup" on the top-right side of the page.

You can add new department from this module.Just go to Department>department. Here you can find a button "Add new department" on top-right side of the page. Click on the button & add a new department then hit the "Add" button.

If you want to select a division under a department then go to Department>Add Division then click on the save button to add a division.You can see all lists in "Manage Division" .

Add position

You can add a position with details before adding an employee. Go to Employee>position page. In this page you can find a button "Add Position" in top-right side of the page,now just click the button & add a new position.You can see all position lists in "manage Position".

You can add a new employee from this module.Just go to Employee>Add Employeee. Here you have to must fill all required field & and click "Next" button for another form page. After fill up all page then click on the submit button.

You can add employees performance from this page.Go to Employee>Employee Performance. In this page you can see a button "Add Performance" on the top-right side of the page & hit the "Add" button to add a new performance.

You can give attendance from this module.To find the page, go to Attendance>Attendace Form. Here You can select an employee name & a punch time, then click the "Check in" button or you can Check out an employee in the same procedure by click on the "Check out" button. You can also bulk upload & export from this page.

Monthly Attendance

You can see your monthly attendance record from this page.Go to Attendance>Monthly Attendance. In this page just select a employee name,year,month,in time & out time.Then click the "Details" button to see that month attendance record of the employee.

Missing Attendance

You can find all missing attendance record from this page. Just go to Attendance>Missing Attendance.Here you have to select a date then click the "Search" button.You can see all missing attendance record of that date.

Here you can find all employess attendance history with details from this page or you can search a particular employee with a range of date & then search. You will find this page in Attendance>Attendance log

Salary Type Setup

Here you can add salary benefit.Go to Payroll>Add Salary Benefit.In this page you will find the button "Add Salary Benefit" on the top-right side of the page. Hit the button and set a salary benefit.

Add Salary Setup

To set an employee salary go to Payroll>Add Salary Setup. Here you have to select one employee then salary type & benefits are automatically added in this form(when you add the employee that time you set his/her salary type and amount of salary, that salary will show here after select the employee).Then you have to add benefits & deduction percentage that directly calculated with the Gross Salary. Here is a option name "percentage", If you enable the percentage option, your benefits calculations will be added or deducted in percentage or if you disable the percentage that time addition or deduction will be calculated without percentage.

After salary setup, go to Payroll>Salary Generate. Here you have to select a month.Which month you will select that month salary will be generated automatically for that particular employee who's salary you set previously.

For set asset type just go to Asset>Asset Type. In this page add a type and click the save button to add a type.Also you can see type list in this page.

Add Equipment

To add equipment just go to Asset>Equipment & add a equipment name, select a type name with model,serial no & add a price for that equipment,then click the save button.

You will assign asset to an employee. Go to Asset>Asset Assignment. Select an employee,equipment & date or you will add more by click on Plus button.Then click on the save button to assign asset.

If you want to take assign asset from employee then click "Return Now" button to return asset or you can assign asset from top-left side of this page. To find this page go to Asset>Return Assets.

Add units

In this page you can set units & can see the list of units.Add a new unit,click the save button.To find this page go to Procurement>Units

In this page you can add vendors with their information.After fill the form, click the save button to add a vendor. To find this page you have to go to Procurement>Add vendors page.

In this page you can add new request for materials.For select a requesting person you have to add employees previously from the add employee page.Now fill the all required fields & hit the save button. To find this page you have to go to Procurement>Add Request.

In this page you can see all requested list.In the action buttons you can see a button of approve request,just click the button for go to request approve page. To find this page you have to go to Procurement>Request List.

Approve Request

You can approve request from Request List page.Here you can see a action button of approve request,just go to the approve request page, fill all the required fields & then give a reason for approval then click the save button for approve request.

Convert to Quotation

After approve request you have convert the request to quotation.In the request list page you can see a action button of convert Quote.Just click the page & fill all required fields & then hit the save button.

In this page you can see the list of quotations. To find this page you have to go to procurement>Quotation.

Bid Analysis Form

In this page you have to select a quotation number. From this quotation all the data will be loaded in this form,then select a committee & hit the save button. To find this page just go to Procurement>Bid Analysis Form

Good Received Form

This is the form of good received.just select the purchase order with a vendor name,payment type & name with signature of receiver.Then hit the save button. To find this page you have to go to procurement>Good Received Form.

Reward Point

Point Setting

In this page you can set attendance & collaborative points. To find this page you have to go to Reward Point>Point Setting. An employee can share his collaborative point with a certain number of coworkers. The Number of coworkers will be defined in the “general point” field. Point Setting

If management wants to give point to the employees then he/she have to go to Reward Point>Management Point. Here you will hit the "Add Management Point" button.Just select an employee name, point category that you add before in point category page, then add a point to that employee.In management point there is no point limitation for employee. management can give point as much as they want.

Add Collaborative Point

If employee want to add collaborative point then they have to come Reward Point>Collaborative point. In this page they can see "Add Collaborative Point" button. Click the button & select an employee with proper reason & give a point.Employees can share maximum 1 point to each. Also employees can not provide point to themself & they can share points with the fixed number of employee(this number you previously set "point setting" page in general point field).Now click the save button to add a collaborative point.

In this page you can see all employees in time attendance list with point and date. just go to Reward Point>Attendance point.To see this record at first you have to give attendance of an employee in Attendance module>Attendance form page.

New Award

If you want to give award to the employees then go to Award>New Award. In this page you can see "Add New Award" button on the top-right side of the page. Hit the button and fill the form with a award name,description, gift item,select an employee name and click the save button to add a new award.Also you can see all award list in "Manage Award" page.

Weekly Holiday

You will set weekly holiday from this page. Go to Leave>Weekly Holiday.Click the action button & select days.

You will add leave type from this page. Leave>Leave Application>Add Leave Type,here you will find this page. Click the "Add Leave Type" button & fill the form to set leave type name & number of days then hit the save button to add a leave.

Bank Adjustment

If you want to add bank adjustment then go to Account>Bank Adjustment.For bank adjustment at first you have to add bank from Bank Module>Add Bank.Now in bank adjustment page just select adjustment type(Debit/Credit),bank & amount then click the save button.

Vouchers

In account module, there are 4 types of voucher. Debit,Credit,Contra & journal voucher.For example in credit voucher you have to select debit account head with date then select account name & amount then click save button.

All created voucher will be pending in this voucher list. You have to approve the voucher from this list.To find this page go to Accounts>Voucher Approval.

General Ledger

The general ledger will show all the accounts head reports you want. To get an accounts head report in the General Ledger report. You have to select the head for the Chart of Account page. In the Chart of Account page, by selecting an account head in the right side a table will appear. You have to check the “IsGL” for GL head and “IsTransaction” for Transaction Head dropdown. To generate a report form this page just select a head from General head or Transaction head and a date range then hit submit. You can also select both heads together.

Grant Loan

If you want to set loan for an employee then go to Loan>Grant Loan.In this page just click the "Add Loan" button on the top-right side of the page.Just fill the form and hit the Grant button to set up a loan. You can see all loan list in Manage Loan page.

You can see the all loan report from this page. Go to Loan>Loan Report. If you want to see a particular employee loan report then Select an employee with a date filter to see a report of that employee.

After Candidate shortlist you have to fill up interview form. You can find interview form in Recruitment>Interview.Here you can find "Interview" button. Click the button & fill the form with all required information then click the Add button to add a interview form.

You will give new notice from Notice>Notice Board. In this page you can see "Add New Notice" button on the top-right side of the page. Click the button & add new notice. Save the notice for employees who has access to see the noticeboard.

Update

The automatic update is a new feature of HRM. This feature is only applicable for V 4.2 After purchasing the HRM when a new update is uploaded in our update server. You will get a notification to update your system. Then just go to the “Auto Update” page, enter your purchase key, select the version and hit update.

Note: before you update your system, we recommend you to download the data backup by clicking 'Download database' button for safety.
